Gentle Craniosacral Therapy for Deep Nervous System Relief
Serving Lake Oswego and Portland with fascia-based care for TMJ, burnout, and stress.
I Do Chiropractic Care Differently.
Chiropractors often conjure images of popping and cracking to realign the skeleton. But my work is pop-free — instead, I invite a gentle unwinding to release tension and return to alignment naturally.
If you’ve spent years trying to solve your pain, fatigue or dysregulation by focusing on the symptoms alone, and nothing seems to stick, it might be time to look at the foundation.
Our bodies are more than just bones: there is a connective tissue that surrounds all your muscles, tendons, and organs called the Fascia. Your nervous system weaves through this tissue. When fascia is dehydrated, under-nourished, inflamed, or irritated, you’ll experience pain and other symptoms that impact your day-to-day life.
By tending to your nervous system, the body can find homeostasis. We’re not forcing, we’re allowing the body to settle back into place. The results are far longer-lasting than a simple ‘adjustment.’
